I went yesterday.. & I was upset.

Customer service was amazing. People were super nice BUT... $30 for a room filled with junk & nothing looked like it was creatively put together. I expected it to be more detailed but I guess I was wrong. But then again, we successfully got out so that's the good part

Description:

You are a peasant living in the 14th century wrongly convicted of treason. Your sentence is death by hanging, and you are now spending the remaining time of your life imprisoned in the castle’s dungeon. In one hour, the jail warden will come and bring you to the gallows. However, the previous prisoner in your jail cell seems to have left you a clue, which gave you a glimmer of hope to live. Will you suffer a painful, undeserving death, or will you break out of this prison?

Facilitation is very well developed, me and our group did the midevil prison, pretty good escape room, good puzzles and love the theme, just a little bit hard to see a couple of the riddles but other than that great escape room

Awesome place and great customer service! They give you a locker to store all your valuables and if your a member then you get free shots at the end! It was our first time going and we did the ancient pyramid room. If we had an extra 10min we would have escaped that's how close we were to getting out! Very well decorated room and not cheesy! Can't wait to go back!

We've successfully escaped the medieval prison today!! Trapped definitely is one of the best escape room places we've been to. It had a good variety of puzzles and room was very well decorated. Would definitely go back to try the other rooms
