• Facilitation is very well developed, me and our group did the midevil prison, pretty good escape room, good puzzles and love the theme, just a little bit hard to see a couple of the riddles but other than that great escape room

• Awesome place and great customer service! They give you a locker to store all your valuables and if your a member then you get free shots at the end! It was our first time going and we did the ancient pyramid room. If we had an extra 10min we would have escaped that's how close we were to getting out! Very well decorated room and not cheesy! Can't wait to go back!

  Customer service was amazing. People were super nice BUT... $30 for a room filled with junk & nothing looked like it was creatively put together. I expected it to be more detailed but I guess I was wrong. But then again, we successfully got out so that's the good part

• We've successfully escaped the medieval prison today!! Trapped definitely is one of the best escape room places we've been to. It had a good variety of puzzles and room was very well decorated. Would definitely go back to try the other rooms
