Have been to many different escapes in Toronto. Unfortunately, this one fails in that the room was not carefully reset so it was impossible to solve. And also we had to wait 30+ minutes from our reserved time.

Description:

You receive a phone call from the hospital. You are notified that your uncle has passed away after his trip to see the Seven Wonders. You went to his apartment to look for his photo album. As you are flipping through the album, you start hearing whispers. You look around. The door is shut, and you see a ghastly apparition of your uncle. He warns you that the room is haunted and you need to escape in 45 minutes, or you’ll be forever trapped in the photos. Can you escape?

The staff there are awesome.

And I'm sure those that like to solve puzzles would love this place, too bad partner and I weren't good at it at all..

I've been to a bunch of these types of places before. This one is not very well renovated. The staff were not very knowledgable on the game set up, evident by how they gave incorrect clues AND our room was set up wrong. A clue to open one box was locked inside the box it was for!! To their strength, the types of puzzles were creative and made players utilize multiple aspects of the room.
