This was my least favourite escape room experience. The first and last rooms were nice, but the middle section really missed the mark. The room was listed for 4–8 people, yet in the second room there was only one challenging puzzle to work on. With that many players and only one puzzle, it wasn’t very engaging. We ended up asking for a couple of clues, but the person typing responses was very slow and kept erasing or correcting their messages, which was frustrating while we were waiting.
When we finally reached the last room, I found a key, only to be told that it wasn’t supposed to be discovered yet, as it was meant to be unlocked later. That was another letdown. Overall, the concept was cool and some puzzles were genuinely fun, but the experience felt poorly designed. I personally wouldn’t recommend this escape room.

Was not the best room with Enigma we have done. Lots of code and lock puzzles in this room. It was mostly fun for us but unfortunately our gamemaster kept giving us dozens of hints instead of letting us solve the puzzles ourselves which kind of ruined the room. They kept giving us hints and we still got out with 10+ minutes to spare, so we obviously didn't need them. I guess it was later in the night and maybe they wanted to go home? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend this room myself overall.

Great escape room with lots of fun different puzzles and a few interactive electronic ones. One of the better escape rooms with Enigma. We got out with plenty of time and few hints and had a blast doing it!

Honestly, anytime there are people jumping out at you, I would categorize as a little scary. I mean right???? This happened multiple times, including a person waiting, hiding in a coffin in one of the rooms. The puzzles weren’t significantly difficult, but we were pretty scared and avoiding certain areas of the room so it took us a bit longer than it may have otherwise.

Room was booked for 8 of us at the Keenleyside location. Greeted by friendly staff, sunk in the softest couch ever in their lounge area. Room was fun and challenging!
