Undermined

My partner and I visited during a weekend trip. The logic behind the tasks eventually made sense. At one point we were completely convinced we had missed something obvious. We didn't escape but still had a great time.

It was my first escape room and really loved it. I did "Undermined" and we managed to beat it! Will be back for sure to try the other rooms!

We just finished the Undermined room and it was equally amazing. The puzzles were fun to work through and the attention to detail was incredible. We had a ton of fun - can’t say enough good things about this place.

Booked a team event for 12 people doing two rooms each (Boom Room and Undermined). The rooms were great - puzzles were the right level of challenging, consistent with the theme, and nothing finnicky. As well, the staff were very helpful both with the booking and for the actual event. Will definitely be back!

We did Undermined and it was amazing! Way beyond our expectations. The detail and special effects were outstanding. The puzzles were interactive and fun and some required team work which was especialy a great experience for my older son with ASD who is puzzle-obsessed. Staff was super friendly and responsive to our needs. And, for those who are curious, they accept Access2 without issue.

I did my very first escape room here yesterday with a friend who has lots of escape room experience.

We had a blast!!! It was just the two of us and we managed at the last second to solve Undermined! We did ask for a couple of hints, but the process was so smooth and the two of us had SUCH a good time!

My friend, who has done Escape rooms in many cities over the years, told the staff here that this was one of the best!

The staff was lovely...the experience was smooth and super fun! Highly recommend!

Your adrenaline will drive you to the finish line. You want go and bring friends. There is no greater experience and feeling of finishing all the steps in solving an escape room to unlock the EXIT. DO IT! Experience it! Go for it!

Was visiting from out of town and had the chance to check out 2 rooms here. Both were awesome, Undermined is was very well thought out and designed with surprises around ever corner. Staff were accommodating & friendly. Really fun atmosphere.

Had a lot of fun with the undermind escape room. The props were fantastic and puzzles were well placed to make it challenging but not too difficult to solve. Even the hints were useful without being a giveaway. Overall great experience and I'm looking forward to trying out their other rooms.

We did the Undermined room and as fairly experienced escape room enthusiasts, it was probably the best room I've ever got the pleasure of attempting. The puzzles were great, excellent atmosphere and top notch props. Will definitely be coming back!

The wife and I have done a wide variety of escape rooms with various companies. A lot of them tend to feel the same. Well, we did their new room Undermined yesterday and have to say it's my favourite of any room so far by any company. More immersive than any other room we've done.

Just did the Undermined room - blew us away. The level of story immersion was insane. This is not your basic room with some locks from Canadian Tire. This is Disney level production value. 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I completed Undermined - the design of the room is fantastic and very immersive. There are a number of effects that were very well done and convincing. This is our first time trying this location as we usually do the rooms downtown when we visit Ottawa. Next time, this will be the first place we check to see what's available.
