Went there with a few friends had a awesome time , the staff was very friendly and helpful , we did the let’s play a game room it was suspenseful, thrilling and really fun , highly recommend everyone to go here
CassieWe did the Secret Society room tonight for a friends birthday. We had a group of 4 people and we escaped with a couple hints along the way! This was my first escape room and it was a blast!! The room was so creatively designed and some of the concepts were very cool. I was worried about it being too creepy but I didn’t find that to be the case. Overall was an absolute blast and I can’t wait to do another one!!!
LaurenWe've been to Alcatraz twice before and had wonderful experiences both times (both locations), Mothers day we did the Secret Society and it was AWESOME, we absolutely loved it, well put together, great communication, staff , guidance and fun with the games in the waiting area.

We'll be back again for sure to do more rooms :DWe tackled this room on a weekend in May and enjoyed it immensely. Room was very well decorated, very immersive experience. We are experienced escapers and this room flowed well - well thought out puzzles that followed clear logic, good use of tech and space! Highly recommend. Shout out to BETH who was our game master - she was fantastic!
SharleenWe had a very good time in this escape room. It is challenging and it ruined our 100% escape eating. If you like the movies you will love the room. It is quite immersive and the jump scares oh my. I recommend this room for sure, our next challenge will be sleepy hollow. Don’t forget the helpful vote.
D7K8SAlcatraz is my #1 favourite place to go for escape rooms. Sleepy hollow was absolutely amazing! The puzzles were fun and very well thought out. Secret society was another one we’ve done and OMG AMAZING! Not as difficult but we definitely got stumped on a few.... my favourite one though was Let’s play a game, as a super fan of the Saw franchise I was skeptical but...... did not disappoint! Definitely some jump scares and surprises 10/10! Definitely would recommend doing these escape rooms to anyone in the Hamilton area!! Can’t wait to do the rooms at the second location!!!
