No one told me that you need to keep the part that says to: from: that tears off (one actually fell off in my home with no effort from me) we went to exit Kelowna and the manager informed me that we cannot redeem them without that part. There was nothing she could do for me. Even tho we had the part that said gift certificate. She said they came from head office. They are POORLY made. Very upset with out recent visit due to this.
