So, I've done 2 rooms at this location and also know some of the staff.

The rooms are fairly good quality, and the escape staff are usually wonderful.

Of late though, management has been running this team in Toronto into the ground. They've had a lot of turnover, and there is a lot of nepotism. Although the rooms are BI I would suggest that the quality is fast going downhill, and management is fixing staff who were once really happy.

Performance reviews for staff are docked because some regional manager "doesn't believe they should be able to pass".

C sidereal sending your money at one of the many other escape rooms in Toronto - this one is run by incompetent fools.

At one point, the staff didn't have a working toilet, and sewage smells were coming through the rooms. The staff needed to complain about the safety risk before management gave a shit about this.

The room was a great challenge. We did not complete it but we almost made it to the 3rd room. We had 3 of the keypads but did not get the last one and unfortunately, the staff didn't allow us to try the code that we already found. Overall, the escape room was great but we were disappointed from the staff who didn't come to help nor gave us anytime to finish our last puzzle when the timer went out.

This room was great. It was challenging but not too challenging for a group of 4, a mix of traditional locks and interactive parts, and a well put together theme and story. It would probably be doable with a very experienced 2-person escape team. Otherwise, 3-4 is great. The bonus puzzle for those who escape is a neat touch.
