My wife and I have done over a dozen rooms in both Edmonton and Calgary. We’ve had plenty of mediocre experiences and only a handful of amazing experiences. We did two of the rooms here - the llama and fairytale rooms. The were complex, immersive and fun. The puzzles were complex and varied. These were not rooms with a bunch of pad locks - these were rooms full of puzzles and a wide range of unique challenges. Love it!

We (7) of us went to Trapped last night. The facility was clean, spacious and comfortable. Charlotte was great at explaining everything to us, advising what to expect - creating a great storyline for our themed room!
It was an amazing experience with young adults - highly recommend trapped!

This was our third time to Level 1, we tried out the Haunting of Apartment 103 this time with just 2 people. It was a great room with intriguing and clever puzzles and locks. The staff were so excellent and engaging, taking time with us at the beginning and then at the end they weren't very busy so they even let us go over the time a little bit because we were so close to solving the room which we thought was so awesome of them. We've enjoyed all the rooms we've done there and will be back. Thanks Level 1!
