We did the illusionist room, which was loads of fun, very well done. We then ate brunch which was absolutely delicious, a definite must try. We will definitely come back to eat here again, and why not do another escape ruin while we're here! Did I mention the entire staff was so friendly 😊

Had some of the best tomato basil soup I've ever had after enjoying a fun and entertaining escape room with the Illusionist. The story description doesn't quite match up to the Web site blurb and I found the urgency wasn't in the story, but the puzzles were challenging and fun. Our hostess was helpful and assisted when we accidently disabled a puzzle. All around a fun experience with a great upstairs space to relax and rehash the adventure afterward.
(mobility advisory: the escape rooms and bathrooms are down a set of stairs, not sure if there is elevator service if stairs are difficult for you - be sure to ask when you reserve)

Recently had an evening out with my partner here. Really good food and a great ambience. Thanks to the staff and the manager Brendon for making our time out so special. We played Illusionist and then threw some darts; both were so fun!

We held our 13 yr old's party Lockdown Ottawa (Visitors Room) we were pleasantly welcomed and taken care of from the minute we stepped into the lobby. It was super well organized and hosted and the teens had a great time and did escape! They want to try every room available now. Will definitely go again!

I could not have been happier with my teen daughter's birthday party at lockdown! The staff was super attentive, kind and patient and all the kids had a blast. Thanks so much for a wonderful party and best escape room experience in The Visitors.

First time our group had done an escape room and it was amazing. Blew our expectations out of the water, was challenging but never felt impossible as long as you thought things through. 100% would go again to try another room and also would highly recommend others go and give it a try.
