WHAT A PLACE!! Totally top notch! From the moment you walk in the front door you will see the open bright beautiful establishment!! A friendly greeting was given to everyone as we all arrived. You are seated in a beautifully decorated area on very comfortable couches/chairs. Once all your party has arrived, the rules and description of props is clearly explained. You are then lead to your room where you are asked to place your blindfold over your eyes. Once in the room, your host sets the scene for you and then your blindfold is taken off and you begin your escape. My group of ladies decided to escape from the Ancient Pyramid room. Wow was this so cool!

We were successful after a few hints. We had so much fun! will definitely return and try my skills in another room.

The location is perfect. In Kensington, close to restaurants so make it an evening!

5 stars for sure. I have been to a few other places around Calgary, Trapped is the BEST BY FAR!!!! Thanks to the staff for being so organized and helpful. Oh and they have this room upstairs for Corporate Events. So Cool!!

Eight of us arrived at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and attempted the Pyramid room. Staff was amazing. Excited, informative and made you feel very welcome. Unlike the many escape rooms in the city where most employees appear bored, deliver their spiels in a monotone(really don't want to be here) voice and spend most of their time on their phones.

Rooms were the best we've seen. They are not worn and shabby (like so many others in the city). Very nicely done with unexpected, detailed touches. We used walkie- talkies so contact was immediate. Other escape rooms use a button you press and someone appears 5-10 minutes later.

Puzzles were great and varied. Rooms were set up with no mistakes. Other escape rooms we've been to always have some puzzles or details that malfunction or staff has not put back in place.

Great room ideas and wonderful staff who even stayed late to talk and didn't rush us out the door even though it was close to midnight.

Will definitely return!

Really great facility with engaged and professional staff. This is definitely a premium escape room. We did the Pyramid Room and it was “just right” challenging. When you can fail to escape and have an awesome time, it’s money well spent! Go here, then have a pint at one of the cool restaurants nearby.
