My partner and I love escape rooms. We've played all over the world and I rate this as my top 3. Games were logical and immersive, staff was nice, place was clean and they didn't just use pad locks.

We had a family outing to SmartyPantz Vancouver and we had great time! We did the Tomorrow Never Comes room and it was awesome for our 11 yr old, and the older kids too. They have created a fun environment and we are already planning another visit.

We went with our two teenage sons and had a great time. We did the Morning Never Comes room and it was well done. We enjoyed the ambience of the room and the puzzles were just hard enough. It was a fun family activity.

This was my first time in an escape room. We went there as a part of team building activity and we chose Morning Never Comes. We solved it just at the nick of time.
We absolutely loved it, it was very engaging and exciting experience. Would definitely love to come back again!

I went with a group of 5 in total, and this was our first escape room experience.
We went for the Morning Never Comes room and managed to escape with about 10 minutes to spare, apparently the success of this room is close to 50%.
It was all together a very fun experience in a good location in the city. The room's set was well decorated (as was the lobby/waiting area) and the puzzles were really entertaining. You can have 2 clues, which really helps especially knowing how to get started if you're stuck at the beginning.
It fell short of a 5 star review for a few reasons:
- The person showing us to our room and explaining the rules forgot to lock up our phones, not that we used them but I think it would've added to the experience.
- They also came in at the very end just as we were completing the last step, it may have been better to let us actually "escape" the room to feel accomplished
- As we left nobody said anything to us, they had about a hundred staff members just standing around and they could've thrown a "thanks for coming" in there
All in all I would definitely go back to SmartyPantz to do a different room and hope for a better customer service experience.
